Reverie - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reverie service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Reverie is a journaling service provided by Toccata, Inc. that allows users to create journal entries through daily phone calls.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reverie. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain all intellectual property rights to their journal entries and content created through Reverie. Generated images are also the property of the user but may not be used for commercial purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Reverie is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Subscription and Billing

Reverie offers subscription-based services. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds will be provided, except at the discretion of Toccata, Inc.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Toccata, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
